“We have always been very happy with this vet clinic. We can Schedule appts for within a day or two for regular appts, or right away for emergency appts. The stuff is very friendly and seems to enjoy their work. Dr,. Castellanos is also very friendly, professional and great with our big old dog. The appt was on time, and were quick to get us through. We were unable to get an urine sample at the time, so we had to collect it on our own and bring it later. They had some suggestions for our dog (teeth cleaning, etc.) but were not pushy at all to sell services. This is a nice, small clinic, and we plan on continuing to bring our gog there.”

When Eddie was diagnosed with cancer, they provided us with all of our options. Dr. Ivanov and Dr. Mancino helped make Eddie comfortable for the last months of his life. “Prior to finding out about Norbeck Animal Clinic, we had been going to Takoma Park Animal Clinic for five years. We’re so glad we found out about Norbeck! Compared to Takoma Park, Norbeck
1) has less of a wait time
2) is cheaper and
3) has friendlier vets and vet techs.
Our dog is highly anxious, and even though he still doesn’t like going to the vet, he is much better after a stay at Norbeck. I’ve had experiences with both Drs. Mancino and Ivanov, and found them to be equally polite and competent. The staff truly care about their animals, and take their time to explain everything to us. We’ve now gone to Norbeck for over three years, and travel 2.5 hours from our new home in Virginia because we won’t trust our dog with anyone else!”
